Repeat customers from Manhattan approached Eric about taking on one of the largest jobs Techstyle AV has ever done: a newly built modern estate on a waterfront property overlooking The Great South Bay in The Hamptons.

The Techstyle AV team got to work on the custom installation and programming by planning and collaborating with a project team consisting of a professional local builder, architect, and interior designer.

URC Total Control manages a robust custom home control system including URC Remotes, Lutron Sevoia shades, Lutron Radio RA2 lighting, Ecobee 3 thermostats, SMARTLOCK door locks, 16 IP cameras by Hikvision, Ring Pro Doorbells, Samsung QLED 4K TVs, Sunbrite Outdoor TVs, Denon Heos multi-room audio system, Luxul Wireless Network Controller, along with other professional-grade network devices.

There are outdoor patio speakers around the pool and a host of custom features.

Techstyle AV is using the Cloud Management platform OvrC for ongoing system maintenance and firmware updates to keep it running nice and smooth.
